Order regalia 

Faculty and staff members should register to participate in the ACES Convocation Ceremony and also order regalia by submitting the following survey:

Deadline 

Deadline for ordering regalia is Friday, April 17 by 5:00 p.m.

Orders submitted after April 17 will be delivered to the West Gym at the Activities and Recreation Center (ARC - formerly IMPE) for pick up beginning Friday, May 15. Faculty members will need to find the Faculty/Staff line at distribution to get their regalia.

Pick up regalia 

Orders submitted by the April 17 will deadline will pick up their regalia in Suite 115 ACES Library on Friday, May 15 between 8:30 - 12:00 and 1:00 - 4:00 pm.

Return regalia

Faculty should return their regalia to Suite 115 ACES Library on Monday, May 18. If regalia is not returned on time, you will be responsible for returning your regalia directly to Herff Jones, 1000 N. Market Street, Champaign, IL 61820.
