ACES December Graduate Reception

The College of ACES invites you to attend the ACES December Graduate Reception on Friday, December 18, 2009, from 4:30 - 7:00 p.m. in the ACES Library.

Doors will open at 4:30. At 5:30 p.m., graduates will be presented by name in the Heritage Conference Room of the ACES Library, where they will receive a diploma cover, and have their photograph taken. A professional photographer will be available to take photographs, with no obligation to purchase. Proofs and order information will be emailed to the students with instructions on where you can view the photos online and submit an order. A reception will immediately follow the presentation.

Academic regalia will not be required to attend the reception. If however, a graduate wishes to order cap & gown, they may do so online through the Herff Jones website listed below.  There will be two gowns available for graduates and faculty to use for photo opportunities with our photographer. Student Regalia Orders:

Order your cap and gown online at the Herff Jones website now!
Deadline for ordering academic regalia online is Wednesday, November 25 at 11:59 p.m. (before Thanksgiving!)
A $20 late fee will be assessed to orders after this date
Payment for regalia is required when picking up at Illini Union Bookstore

On campus measurements available:
Wednesday, November 18 from 10am - 3pm
Authors Corner, Illini Union Bookstore

Regalia Pick Up:

Wednesday and Thursday, December 16 & 17
Authors Corner, Illini Union Bookstore
10a.m. – 3p.m.
Payment by cash or check only.

Regalia Return:

All regalia must be returned to:

Monday, December 21, by 10 a.m.
Late returns may not be accepted

Faculty Regalia Orders:
